- Internet connectivity and
- The iScribe application downloaded to the desktop
(be sure to download the application and run the installer)

I have an electronic drug reference installed on my handheld. Will the iScribe system work with this program?
iScribe offers the ability to view drug monographs with Epocrates. For other drug reference tools, there are no known incompatibility issues between electronic drug references and the iScribe application. Just be sure to have enough free memory to install the iScribe system.
I use a Macintosh computer. Can I use the iScribe system?
The iScribe PDA tools are not Mac-compatible.
A number of iScribe customers have reported they are using the iScribe system using Virtual PC emulation software and Palm Desktop for Windows. If you are interested in using the iScribe system via a PC emulation program (so that you can download the software and sync regularly with the iScribe server), please email us at service@iscribe.com and we can provide you with the details of using the iScribe system in this manner.
The iScribe Web tools have not been tested on a Macintosh platform.
What equipment do I need to print prescriptions in my wireless office network?
A wireless print server must be connected to your dedicated printer. Once an IP address is established you must enter into the iScribe application Print/Preferences tab. Please contact iScribe customer service if you need assistance with this advanced feature.
