How does it work?
- Enter patient search information in order to identify patient.† You must also indicate that you have the patient's signed consent on file to
review their medical information, as part of their direct treatment.
- The iScribe Dispensed Claims History search displays all prescription information available for identified patient.
NOTE: Users of the iScribe PDA electronic prescribing tool also have access to patient medication histories on the PDA.
How do I get Online Prescription Histories
Complete the registration form. Be sure to enter your Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) number to have access to patient specific data.
Begin using the Web tools!
- You will have immediate access to some of the PDA & Web tools you select following the registration process.
- Access to the Online Prescription Histories will be provided after completion of a secondary security measure -- watch the email for your
one-time PIN code. Entry of the code will activate advanced Web functionality, including Patient Prescription History searches.
